The processing of aluminium profile involves several steps

In daily life, we often encounter aluminum profiles. Industrial aluminum profile generally refer to all types of aluminium profiles excluding those used for building doors and windows, curtain wall interior and exterior decorations, and architectural structures.The surface processing procedures for aluminium profile include three main stages: fluorocarbon painting, electrostatic powder coating, and wood grain transfer printing.
First is the production of aluminum rods. This begins with heating aluminum ingots to a certain temperature to melt them, followed by adding a specific amount of alloying elements such as magnesium and silicon into the molten aluminum. Finally, the molten aluminum is poured into a casting machine to produce round rods of varying diameters.
Secondly, extrusion is the method used for shaping aluminum profiles. Based on the cross-sectional design from the drawings, molds are produced and manufactured. An extruder machine is then used to push the heated round cast rods through the mold to form the shape.
The straightness of the extruded aluminum profiles affects their suitability for use in mechanical equipment; whether the straightness of the aluminum profile meets the standard is one of the important criteria for judging its quality.Typically, extruded aluminum profiles require straightening for straightness.Afterwards, artificial aging is performed. The extruded aluminum profiles are placed in an aging furnace, heated to a certain temperature, and maintained at that temperature for 3-4 hours to significantly enhance the mechanical properties,especially their hardness.
Thirdly, mill finish need surface treatment, aluminium profile undergoes anodization with a silver-white, which is elegant and aesthetically pleasing while significantly improving the surface's corrosion resistance. By this step, after cooling, the aluminum profiles are finished products.
